I think there's something wrong with me, I cant keep my art journals for long. I change them as often as I change my undies and as a result, I have alot of barely completed art journals. I have NO IDEA what to do with them ._.
Journal No. 76986 is soft leather bound plain white paper found at popular. Damn it's expensive but not as much as those moleskins which are !#$*%^$.

As much as I would like to hope that THIS journal last, it most likely wouldnt. Shit.

HARRY POTTER HBP PICTURES
(CONTAIN SPOILERS FOR BOTH HBP & DEATHLY HALLOWS)

Watched the HBP with my dear clique during chalet. The movie was sadly disappointing.

- Tonks, Remus and the Order.. where have they gone?!

- Bill & Fleur went poof too. I was sooo looking forward to seeing Fleur again, she's such an interesting character. Especially the scene mentioned in the book where Fleur visited Bill in his sickbed.

- Ginny is supposed to be "more popular than her own good", thus should not have lines like "Your shoelace," and then attempt to kiss Harry in her bathrobe. Seriously!

- Felix is suppose to be gold, not clear like water. The potion that is suppose to be clear like water is the Veritaserum, the Truth potion.

- More emphasis should have been on Snape, his brilliancy and why he called himself as the Half Blood Prince.

- Hate the way the movie jumps from here to there, luckily Im a fan of the book or I wouldnt really understand the underlying emotions/meanings.

- The soundtrack is non-existing.

HOWEVER, the movie is still cool, because it IS Harry Potter, how can Harry Potter ever not be cool? The pictures that follow will prove that.

I think Daniel Radcliff did a good job of acting under the influence of Felix. He was totally kookoo shit and I love his pincers scene. (The pic is suppose to be a GIF, it is SUPPOSE to move.)

Dan's "emo" scenes are great too and there's often alot of those. Hard to not brood over the complexities of life when your future includes battling a dark wizard.

Wonder why is Ginny standing next to him when she is suppose to be among those who are trying out for the Quidditch positions? Ahh, probably just for Harry/Ginny fans like me to get a kick out of it. Sly Yates.

The scene at the Burrow is totally unimportant in my opinion. However, it does shows how much Ginny cares for Harry when she ran after him in her bathrobe as he go chasing Death Eaters. Takes alot of guts & love for a lady to run after her man when being dangerously close to exposing herself (bathrobes aint the most secure clothing). I, for one, would run naked but thats besides the point.

Yes I adore Ginny as well as Bonnie Wright (that's the actress).

It was a weird moment but oh well, cant complain.

Still weird. It feels like Ginny was trying to get Harry in bed with her. Dont women try to seduce men through conquering their stomach? Seems to have some sexual connotations but maybe it's just me seeing too much into it.

It was so hilarious when Ron plonk himself between them with a big plate of pie. LOL!
I enjoyed Harry & Ginny's relationship in the book, but this film just makes them seems so awkward...

Ron & Hermione are certainly cute together.

It's wonderful how Hermione would stare at him and then WHACK HIS HEAD WITH HER BOOKS. :D

I also love the scene in the sickbed room (forgot what is the correct name) when Hermione sat by Ron and held his hand. Dear O' Harry was smirking away, which Hermione retorted with a "Oh shut up you," and a little smirk of her own. Hee Hee.

She's gorgeoussss.

How can anyone still look cute when crying?! Just her I suppose. :D

Random pic of Emma Watson at one of the premires for HBP. She's talented, smart and pretty. Isnt she perfect??! I look forward to her performances in the future! :D

Tom Felton rose to the occasion in HBP. The emotions he exhibits are so raw.

Oh those blue eyes..

Luckily Snape was around, I wouldnt want him to die just because Harry stupidly Sectumsempra him.

Luna Lovegood is such an awesome character! Evanna Lynch fits the role to the tit.

(Bonnie Wright looks great with Arnold the Pygmy too)

I was looking forward to her Gryffindor Lion too, and I wasnt disappointed. :D

Fenrir Greyback was wonderfully casted. His makeup and clothings make him look really feral, exactly how I imagined him to be.

The DARK MARK is an amazing piece of CGI. Not surprising since the HP series had always have breathtaking CGI.

Love Young Voldy haunted look.

Adult Voldy is charming.

I shall now take back all my nasty comments for Katie Leung, she looks stunning here. I think Hogwarts sweaters aint flattering for her thats all.

Another of my favourite scene, it was so eerily cool. She has nice teeth too ._.

Potions class! Emma Watson was truly Hermione with her flustered look and deadly glance at Harry for acing class.

Pre-Quidditch. Great Hall scenes are always wonderful. Quidditch sweaters look abit gay and not flattering.
Did I mention that Ginny looks v v v v cool in full Quidditch gear? :D

Harry/Dumbledore relationship has always been fascinating to read, I love this shot though.

I like all the random antique vintage stuff Dumbledore has.

Dumbly's funeral mentioned in the book wasnt shown but I think this scene is a worthy replacement. Love how the light from the upheld wands dispells the Dark Mark. CGI WHOOTS!

Hogwarts is such a grand place, I would love to visit the set someday :/

Love these robes.

I always imagine Apparation (sp?) to be like POOF and you're gone, but the film is great in using the wispy black smoke (??) to illustrate Apparation.

To be honest, Snape was never one of my favourites. But after reading Deathly Hallows, how can you not grow to love him! Especially when it was revealed that his Patronus is a doe and the reason behind it..

Dumbly is always telling Harry that one of the powers that he possess but not Voldy is love. He really knows what he's talking about luh. Thats why Dumbly never doubt Snape's loyalty, because love is for forever and Snape loves Lily Potter! JK Rowling is a darn bloody good author.

"But this is touching, Severus," said Dumbledore seriously. "Have you grown to care for the boy, after all?"

"For him?" shouted Snape. "Expecto patronum!"

From the tip of his wand burst the silver doe: she landed on the office floor, bounded once across the office and soared out of the window. Dumbledore watched her fly away, and as her silvery glow faded he turned back to Snape, and his eyes were full of tears.

"After all this time?"

"Always," said Snape.

Remus & Tonks.

I've always been intrigued with the idea of Patronus. How did it get its shape? Harry is most like his dad, and he misses him, so his Patronus takes the shape of a stag. Tonks love Remus, and hence her Patronus changes to a wolf. Snape loved Lily all his life so his Patronus is a doe, just like her's. Dumbledore's Patronus is a phoenix cause he's so connected with that phoenix of his. Aberforth's Patronus is a goat because... I think he always like goats. Why is Hermione's Patronus an otter?

This Patronus thing seems to be similar to the idea of daemon in His Dark Materials series. There's also the yin & yang concept involved. Like how if you're a boy, your Patronus/daemon is a girl, vice versa.

Yeah well, random thoughts..

Clique Chalet: 15july - 17july

Quote Sha, "I've never had such slack chalet."
This is true 'cause we hardly did anything else other than play mahjong, watch tv, drink alchohol, do alot of heart-to-heart talks (HTHT) and sleep.
Special programmes include a short swim (splashing water + random cheering to be exact) at the chalet's pool and midnight movie of Harry Potter & HBP.
And that's about it, lol.

We met up with Sarah for breakfast at Ya Kun & Linda showed us this.
