I'm still not used to the fact that I'm 20 years old. It's... so weird. What have I been doing for the past 20 years of my life?!Anyway, my birthday was great. I shall post pictures when the respective camera owners upload them. I realise that I'm slipping into my "Wasting Time Mode" again, ie. a schedule of use computer-eat-sleep-use computer-eat-sleep which just goes on and on. I'm amused with humanity today.Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed my introductory sign lessons, and twice I sat next to this cute-cultured-nicehairstyle-sexyvoice-muscular-UNFORTUNATELY-SHORT-guy I was ogling. The most popular female trio in the Mandopop scene, S.H.E, returns with a much anticipated brand new world tour!“S.H.E is the One World Tour Concert – Singapore 2010” (S.H.E 爱而为一 新加坡演唱会 2010) will take place at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on 17 April 2010. Showcased for the first time ever in Singapore, a floating pod will house members of the live band, who will be playing in mid-air throughout the concert! The stage will be presented using many LED screens and arcs, deviating from the norm. Expect multiple costume changes and exciting dance routines from S.H.E., and also watch them transform into Broadway performers for one of the segments! WTF SERIOUSLY?! The pig wore weird green colour pants paired with B&W heels and she gained ______ and I like smacking her ass.  What's a birthday without showing some proper love. I didnt dare to actually kiss her 'cause she had makeup on ugh.  Grp pic!   Piggy is now 20years old! AHH! Anyway, today's work was fun, and I foresee boring days ahead. Today was the last training day a newbie has with me. It was fun because this time there's only 2 of us girls manning the shop and we talked and talked and talked. She's an aquaris (sp?!) too which possibly explains why we can hit off so well right from the start. I usually have a bit of phobia meeting new females because girls can be oh so bitchy. I mean seriously, if some random girl talks to me about makeup and boys I would probably shrivel up and die. I call her Alien or Wai Xing Ren and she's weirder than me in some ways. Oh well, I'm not working on saturdays now (-irritated-) so I guess it's time for me to catch up on things I've neglected. Like, my damn fuckedup art portfolio. Ciao ciao. Today (okay yesterday if you wanna be technical) was mostly an awesome day for me.Work is the same, you meet some nice people and then there's those fuckers who treat you like dirt beneath their feet. Today, this American mother with pretty eyes came to ask about potential birthday presents for her two daughters, Anna and Ella. The little girls are 5 and 3yrs old respectively and they were dressed in princessy dresses and headbands. Very cute. Somehow I ended up sitting at the playtable corner talking to the mother. She was telling me how school will only start next week and she just arrived in Singapore, thus for the past 9weeks she's been facing her two daughters the entire day. Says she was about to send them off to the police station because they had been irritating her so but she didnt have to now that they're quietly playing the LEGOs in the shop. Also told me that she only managed to brush their teeth today and not their hair as she was so, so tired. Well, their hair was certainly a fine mess! The girls are absolutely adorable, the things they say! I was reading a book on what inspires artists/designers and I could never understand why some would find children inspiring. Mostly because the ones I met are such uncivilized demons. Well, now I could. It's because children view the world through different eyes. I was trying to talk to another China kid there but she ignores me as if I dont exist. Anna saw what I was doing and told me, "She's building LEGO. When you're building LEGO, you dont see anyone else." I was so amused and her mother gave me this "OH REALLY" look. Then Anna asked me, "Can you guess what I'm building?" I was like "Ummm, a house?" Anna shake her head, "No. I ask Mommy, Mommy would know." And her mother gave me that OHREALLY look again. (I was so, so amused by now.) The mother replied things like, "A place where people are happy" and "A castle for the princess". Anyway, I was amused throughout their mother & child interactions and the mother told me I made her day, which makes me smile even more lol. Finally met up with bestfriend! I miss bestfriend sooooo much. One month is a long time! We did our usual things: shopping for cheap stuff, eat at soup spoon(she loves it as much as I do), exchange stories, spend a long time in Kino looking at books, eat Yami yoghurt etc... I'm just so happy. It's like, life is right again. Saw Da Xiong, Stella, Sha, Linda too, they gave me the TSK TSK look 'cause I pangseh them. Well, good to see you all anyway!
